Now that you have recreated your fitness routine it is time to recreate your kitchen... Bring your bin in and throw it all out, then replace with fresh, clean whole foods that are good for you and your body. If your family still want their own foods then clear out a shelf just for you and stock it with all things that are healthy. Make it the top shelf though because then your eyes will not wander down to tempting foods.
EAT BREAKFAST, it really is the most important meal of your day!
Have a mid morning and afternoon snack. It will keep you feeling full and stop you from being tempted and snacking on bad foods.
Watch your portion size.
DRINK WATER! This will keep you hydrated and keep you from getting hungry.
